Trevor currently acts both as the groups Operation Manager and a Forensic Planning consultant, available to perform expert witness services in relation to Extension of Time matters, where independant Delay Anaylsis is required in legal matters.

Jonathan Wipp
Business Development & Co-Ordinator
Jonathan has experience across a wide gamat of disciplines. As a business owner in the UK, Jonathan was responsible for the project and business controls of his own works. Jonathan has great skills in Document control, and resides as JCA’s Group Records Manager, responsible for updating and managing our filing systems, documents tracking and processes.

Sue Furlong
Administration Manager
Sue provides excellent back-up and co-ordination to the entire planning team. With a background in administration Sue is responsible for the general administration & management of JCA’s offices.

Kim Pittick
Accounts
Kim assists the Finance Manager with the day to day accounts payable and recievable duties. Kim is in integral part of the business.

Anders Axelson
Forensic Claims analyst
Anders has considerable experience throughout the world dealing with Extension of Time Claims on large projects. Anders works with our Planning team to either build claims for our clients, or analyse claims submitted to our clients. Anders is a lawyer with an Engineering background, and has been instrumental in establishing the Society of Construciton Law in Australia, and also had a significant hand in developing the Society’s Delay & Disruption Protocol when in the UK.

Roberto Julian
Senior Planning Engineer
Roberto has over twenty years of experience in various aspects of Project Control, including working in the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, Australia & Africa, as Planning Engineer, Cost & Planning Engineer, Scheduling Analyst & Commissioning Planner.
With a background in Oil & Gas, Roberto was recently invloved in planning Desalination and Waste Water Projects around Australia for JCA and is currently assigned to the Pluo Project consulting on the planning and reporting for PLuto’s pipe lagging/insulation and treatment contract.

Andrew Johnson
Senior Building Planner
Andrew has a trade background, as well as working in a site supervisory level both in Australia and the UK on small to large building contruction projects. Andrew help’s JCA service the growing demand for project planning services on building projects.

Kate Schoots
Project Scheduler
Kate was initially employed as part of JCA’s graduate trainee programme and has quickly flourished into a valuable and productive member of JCA’s Planning team. Kate is Based in jca’s West Perth office, and works on both Building and Engineering projects.

Victor Mikhail
Lead Project Planner
Victor is a senior and experienced project planner, with a wealth of experience in Civil, and Building construction, and recently developed experience in Mining projects.

Peyman Niknazar
Planning Engineer
Peyman is a skilled Primavera Planner who has been successfully as a lead planner across a variety of construction disciplines and projects through out the Middle East and now Australia.

Seyed Lavasani
Project Scheduler
Seyed has a wealth of scheduling experience overseas, and is mastering the art of planning/Scheduling in the Western Australian construction environment. With a few few Fly-in Fly-out assignments now under his belt in WA, Seyed has become a valued scheduler for the JCA team.

Ali Shirazi
Planning Engineer
Ali has excellent planning, scheduling and cost control experience in large infrastructure project teams. Ali has successfully serviced a number of large assignments for JCA including the Boddington Gold Mine, Alkimos Water Treament projects, and a string of others.

Luen Burch
Project Scheduler
Luen joined JCA’s graduate trainee programme, and has since become a valuable and productive member of JCA’s Consultant Planning team. Luen is currently on extended leave travelling the America’s we look forward to his return (after his well earned rest).

Rudy completed JCA’s graduate trainee programme in 2010, and has since become a valuable and productive member of JCA’s Consultant Planning team. Rudy is based in jca’s West Perth office, and has performed scheduling on a variety project disciplines on mining and civil infrastructure projects.
