Course Details
Venue: All training course will be held at the premises of
JCA - unless notified otherwise.
Time: 8.00 am - approximately 4.00 pm.
On Completion: Attendees will be provided with a JCA training certificate.
Refreshments: Lunch, morning and afternoon tea provided. (Not included for half-day courses or courses held on client premises)
Terms
Payment required 7 days prior to commencement of course.
A penalty of 5% of total cost applies for late payments.
Prices do not include airfares and accommodation.
Prices are correct at time of publication but may change without notification. Please confirm prior to placing order.
Attendee numbers are restricted to ensure full participation.
Prices do not include GST. 10% GST is payable for all courses. This component is stated separately.
If discounts apply, GST will be payable on the discounted amount.
JCA reserves the right to reschedule a public course seven days prior to the scheduled course date if there is an insufficient number of participants.
Cancellations
Cancellations 5-10 working days prior to course will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 5 working days prior to course will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
