JCA have recently become members of the Master Builders Association of Western Australia following fruitfull discussion between both parties. It seems both agree that strong synergies exist between the two, with MBA keen to arm their members with the skills available through JCA (both consulting and training services).

We are in the process of formulating specific Project Planning courses to be held in MBA’s West Perth offices, for MBA members. Details will be announced shortly.

JCA will also offer an exclusive special for MBA WA members. Details of this will also be announced shortly.

JCA will also be contributing various articles for MBA WA for inclusion in their newsletters and website, on matter pertaining planning. ie “planning for success” and “Forensic (Delay and Disruption) Planning”.

Who has a crystal ball, anyone ? anyone ?…

We’ll leave the forecasting to the experts, but at JCA we’re slowly starting to see some signs of life returning to our little market sector, and anecdotally, we are hearing of alot of upside from our client body.

At JCA we are gearing ourselves to service this potential upswing, whilst being cautiously mindfull that talk doesn’t automatically equate to actual work in hand. All the same we are ready to provide our expert planning services to our clients. Our Forensic team last year welcomed Mr Anders Axelson, a skilled planning profesional with a legal background, who was instrumental (with others) in setting up the Australian Chapter of the Society of Construction Law.

Our Building and Engineering Planning consultants have also been busy honing their skills, and are ready for action.
