Thursday, May 25th, 2006

JCA recently contracted Logic Recruitment Pty Ltd as it’s agency for recruiting personel to it’s combined services divisions.

ASA B-W.jpgNJW B-W22.jpgAndrew Aliprandi JCA’s Resourcing Manager and Mr Nick Wenn, JCA’s WA Planning Manager both noted that the newly appointed recruitment company (Logic) would take over all of JCA’s recruitment activities (which were previously handled internally). Thereby freeing JCA’s management and engineering team to concentrate on their core operations. Their ability to source the correct personell for JCA’s Resourcing and Planning divisions is an important step in JCA’s growth in this boom market.

Lyn Clark - RIP.JPGIt is with great sadness that we confirm the peaceful passing of Lyn Clark, after a long suffering battle with Cancer.

Lyn, the wife of our founder (James Clark), holds a great place in all of our hearts and will be sadly missed by the entire JCA team. Lyn was the support for our office in the early years, and earned the tag of “Not Just the Secretary”.

The world is a lesser place without Lyn’s presence, and our sincere condolences are passed on to James and the rest of the Clark family.

Planners wanted in Western Australia

Tuesday, May 23rd, 2006

Boom times in Western Australia’s Mineral & Resources Sector has created an unprecedented demand for JCA’s Planning Services.

JCA Planning Manager (WA) - Mr Nick Wenn“We are now in a position were we are finding it challenging to provide planning services to new projects” advises JCA’s State Planning Manager, Mr Nick Wenn.

In order to keep servicing our increasing list of clients, as JCA’s Operations Manager it has been my task to build on our team of Project Planners, with exceptional P3 and Project skills and relevant industry experience.

Given the amount of construction activity in WA, fueled by the worlds hunger for WA’s natural resources, demand has well exceeded local supply of competant engineering and construction planning staff. JCA has therefore in recent times sourced international personnel to compliment it’s existing core planning team based in West Perth.

We continue to source the right people to join the JCA Planning Team in WA so that we can service new projects and new clients. In the meantime JCA existing Planning team continues to service our existing projects and clients.
